DWMS’ Top Management is committed to operating a Quality management system that is compliant with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This is achieved by periodically conducting reviews and measures of quality indicators throughout the organisations and likewise, making the necessary changes if warranted. Our determination to maintain a policy of continual improvement (kaizen) is engrained in our organisations.
To ensure high quality of service, the Operations Department has devised a detailed mechanism, whereby the customer receives consistent service throughout the tenure of the contract.
The Manager Operations has a team of Coordinators responsible to visit each customer’s site by routine with a checklist, which must be submitted to the Manager Operations. Along with this, coordinators liaise with customers’ management for their specific requirements, which are logged and followed up with.
